- Our personnel is not very high skilled with computers, how can we use the AdDSwing?
- If you know how to use internet and write, you can use AdDSwing. If you face any problems our support will always be on the end of a direct dial number.
- We already have a TV or display at our club house. Why would we need AdDSwing?
- It's great you already have some experience in utilizing displays to entertain and inform you customers. However, question is not about the technology but content. With AdDSwing, you get also golf related information updated regularly. So it works like TV-channel but even better, because you may embed your local information beside the main program window.
- Who can access our site's information and add content?
- Access rights are in your own hands. If you wish, you may restrict the access to the editor for one person only.
- What to do if we havge problems in using the system?
- E-mail and telephone support is available. Telephone support is available 24/7. E-mails will be answered during 12 hours on weekdays. You can also send a support request through this site.
- What if we don't wish to have advertising on our club house?
- Viherio aims to provide services that benefit the golf courses. Advertising is one way to arrange funding for AdDSwing and even more. Basiclly it is a same thing as in TV. You do not shut down TV at your club house for every advertisement break. If it is really impossible to have advertisements in the channel we are ready discuss and find suitable solution for you also.
